Monday-21 Day Fix workout. I’m thinking maybe Total Body Cardio Fix or PlYo Fix. I also had the Home Blessing Hour today with Flylady so I have done a lot of cleaning around the house.
Tuesday– 5 mile run and stretching afterwards.
Wednesday– Body Step at the gym. This class is a high energy Cardio class and I love it. I haven’t been to it in a few years so I hope I don’t fall flat on my face!
Thursday– 5 mile run and (maybe) Zumba. However, Wednesday night I’m having all night movie night with the kids for my daughters birthday, she likes to stay up till the time she was born, which is 3:59am. So because of that I don’t know if I’ll end up doing a 5 mile run and Zumba, we shall see.
Friday– Body Pump at 5pm. Going light on the weights as I don’t want to be too sore for my long run on Saturday. That evening we have a marriage conference from 6:30-10 at church.
Saturday– 6 mile long slow run. I love that I’m in half marathon training now, because it encourages me to run longer on my Saturdays instead of slacking!! I might do some stretching afterwards.
I’ll be running in the afternoon since we have the 2nd day of The marriage conference at church from 8:30am-2pm.
Sunday– rest day. No workouts at all. Worship at church and then relaxing at home.
