Hello my friends! Welcome to another week and another Weekly Goals post!
Monday: Bike Ride. In an effort to stay off my foot that’s been hurting I’m planning on a bike ride this afternoon. I’m thinking 7-8 miles at least. However, it’s supposed to rain all day so if that happens my plan is to go to Body Pump at the gym at 6:10.
Tuesday: 6 miles. This is just if my foot isn’t still hurting. Otherwise I might go to the indoor pool near our house to swim or pick a workout from my Beachbody on demand.
Wednesday: Swimming. Heading to the local indoor pool to swim, hopefully I can get my daughter to go with me.
Thursday: 4 miles. Again if my foot is healed. Otherwise I’ll go for a bike ride.
Friday: Rest. No workout. Maybe some light stretching but that’s it. I like to rest the day before my long runs. It’s also my long day at the office so it all works out.
Saturday: 7 mile long run. Hopefully nothing will keep me from another weekend long run!
Sunday: Beachbody on Demand workout…love having so many options to do right at home!
