I didn’t have as great of a week last week as I had hoped. I didn’t workout as much as I had planned. But alas, this week is a new week and a fresh start.
Monday: Total Body Cardio Fix from 21 Day Fix on Beachbody on Demand (streaming from home baby!)
Tuesday: 5 mile run and stretching
Wednesday: Body Pump at the gym, and maybe some time on the Arc Trainer as well.
Thursday: 5 mile run
Friday: PiYo at home using my awesome Beachbody on Demand (love having access to whatever workout I want from home)
Saturday: 7 mile long run. Praying it will be in the 60s that day like they are predicting!
So there you have it, my goals for this week.
