Help! I’ve lost my running mojo. I just have no motivation. I was fine on Thursday, but I was going to run 8 miles today and I just couldn’t get motivated.
I was really tired today..so that could have been part of it. I have been getting up earlier to pay and spend time in my new prayer room, in an effort to grow in my relationship with Christ.
However, I haven’t been going to bed earlier to compensate. So I’m sure that’s not helping. Earlier bedtime for me tonight for sure.
I’m hoping I’ll feel motivated enough to run tomorrow.
Do any of my wonderful readers have tips for when you lose your running mojo? I could use some advice.
